About Pamela Babcock 

Pamela is a licensed clinical social worker. She values your ability to tap into your inner strengths and healing so that together you can meet your wellness goals. Pamela’s focus is on mindfulness (being present without judgment) and enhancing your ability to engage in positive self-care. She also utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy to help you better understand your thinking patterns and make positive changes towards greater coping and functioning. Many of these strategies include the strengths-based perspective, client-centered approach, positive psychology, affirmations to facilitate one's' self-discovery, and self-acceptance, providing a means towards healing and positive growth.
