It is a kind of “lifestyle medicine.” Integrative mental health care is a rapidly emerging paradigm that combines prescription medications, psychotherapy and a range of evidence- based complementary and alternative therapies in the treatment of various mental health concerns. It includes lifestyle changes to help you live a longer, healthier and happier life.

    Our focus is on quality of CARE and service to our patients through: Compassion - towards the community we serve; Acceptance – to decrease the stigma associated with mental health; Respect - of everyone's unique path towards their own healing; Empowerment – shift the focus away from illness and towards wellness Sincerity - in how we treat each other every day.
